SUMMARY:Designing Equity - Part 3: Working Lab Session
DESCRIPTION:$25 for non-members\n$15 for members \nREGISTER HERE \nSeries Description: \nPresented by The Wells Collective\, a diversity\, equity\, inclusion and justice firm with extensive experience with equity-centered training\, auditing\, and strategic planning. They work with schools and organizations to help them understand their power and position in society in order to manifest the necessary tools to serve as architects for liberation. \nThe firm is led by six Black women who are experienced diversity practitioners\, researchers\, leaders and educators.  They structure impactful learning experiences that both invite and challenge participants to grow. Believing that equity and justice work has always been led by Black women\, they also operate with the collective understanding that liberation comes from within. \nSession Description: \nThis working session will provide an opportunity to go from the idea to action. Participants will be able to access direct coaching in a small group setting to get questions answered and finish their designs. Participants only need to attend one of the two sessions.
