The Puppet Co.

The Puppet Co. was established to create professional theatrical experiences within the art of puppetry. Geared for children and families, the Puppet Co. has designed its performances as a synthesis of the visual and performing arts.

For more information, visit their website.

Through interpretive programs including workshops, classes, demonstrations and exhibits, we educate and excite the public about the traditions, future and potential of puppetry.

Description of Education Initiatives: The Puppet Co. provides parent/child classes as well as a weeklong summer workshop for kids eight – twelve years old. Additionally, we work with the Glen Echo Park Partnership, providing classes and workshops for programs that they have developed.
